– The principles of shaping and the main anatomical features of chewing teeth.

– Effective ways to train manual skills. Progressive learning approaches.

– The main anatomical landmarks in the construction of the occlusal surface.

– Types of fissures, methods of reproduction.

Features of working with composite.

– The concept of layers and shades of distal restorations. Simple and effective solutions.

– The most convenient and effective tools for the restoration of chewing teeth. The use of brushes, micro-applicators and modeling resin.

– Ways to give “liveliness” to distal restorations. Fissure pigmentation, the use of white composites to enhance the depth of the relief.

– Methods of manual control of the shape of the composite.

 

Clinical aspects. Methods of chewing teeth restoration.

– Occlusal key technique using teflon tape.

– Manual modeling technique working with defects from small to medium size. Using the “small portions” method.

– Special techniques for repairing large defects in the absence of obvious anatomical landmarks.

– Finishing of the restoration of chewing teeth.

– Analysing tools for grinding and polishing.

 

Demonstration of the tooth contact point restoration.

Intensive practice on ZenGears models with bold anatomy under constant supervision and constructive criticism of the lecturer.
