In the last years the use of the tooth in regenerative techniques is considered one of the potential new materials, but what are the real chances?

From 2014 a university of Milan group studied this methodology with unexpected results.
The thin protein quantity buried in an autologous collagen matrix with hydroxyapatite is able to stimulate a new bone regeneration also using innovative surgical techniques.
The tooth should be a potential wealth not only because produces new bone but also because the patients are totally happy to use it.

Thanks to the literature review of more than 400 articles from 1967 until now, in vitro exams, and numerous clinical cases with histology we could understand how it is possible to treat the tooth in order to maintain morphogenetic proteins and growth factors and we were able to realize innovative regenerations.
